General Contest Rules For KMRC Radio
These general contest rules apply for any contest of any nature on KMRC 1430 AM: Spotlight Broadcasting, LLC.
employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win any contests operated by
KMRC 1430 AM. Winners must meet eligibility requirements of each contest. All prizes
will be awarded upon determining eligibility of the winner (s). All contest materials
submitted by phone or mail become the property of KMRC 1430 AM. Contestants authorize
the use of their name and/or mechanical reproduction of their voice solely for use in
on-air promotional announcements. Any prize won may be substituted by KMRC 1430 for,
in the station's judgment, one of equal or greater value. Specific contests may operate
under additional rules depending on the prize or tie-in partners. Applicable taxes
and/or additional fees are the responsibility of the winner (s). AN INDIVIDUAL MAY WIN
A KMRC 1430 ON-AIR CONTEST NO MORE THAN ONCE EVERY THIRTY (30) DAYS... UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
All prizes must be picked up by the winner from the station within two
business days of winning, unless otherwise stated. It will be announced at least once
per day that these contest rules are available mail or for inspection at our offices at
409 Duke Street, Morgan City, Louisiana, during business hours. Prizes are non-transferable
and may not be sold or exchanged for cash value. One winner per household/immediate family
per contest, unless otherwise stated.
